Introduction

Welcome to GenZFit. By accessing, registering, purchasing a subscription, or using any services offered by GenZFit, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

GenZFit provides:

• Personalized diet plans
• Nutrition consultations
• Lifestyle coaching
• Wellness guidance

GenZFit does not provide:

• Medical diagnosis
• Medical treatment
• Prescription services
• Emergency healthcare services

The services provided by GenZFit are intended solely for nutritional guidance and lifestyle improvement purposes.

User Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use GenZFit services. Individuals below 18 years of age may use the services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal and health-related information.
• Update information whenever necessary.
• Disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, injuries, and health concerns before beginning any program.
• Follow professional guidance responsibly.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional whenever medically required.
• Use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner.

Failure to provide accurate information may affect the quality of recommendations and may limit GenZFit's ability to provide appropriate guidance.

Subscriptions, Payments, and No Refund Policy

All subscription fees, consultation charges, coaching program fees, and other service-related payments shall be made only through authorized GenZFit payment channels.

By purchasing any subscription, diet plan, consultation, coaching program, or service offered by GenZFit, the user acknowledges and agrees that professional resources, dietician time, personalized planning, support services, and operational efforts are allocated immediately upon enrollment.

Accordingly, all payments made to GenZFit are final and non-refundable.

Refunds shall not be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Failure to achieve desired weight loss, weight gain, fitness, or health goals.
• Dissatisfaction with the speed or extent of results.
• Failure to follow the prescribed diet plan or recommendations.
• Lack of participation, inactivity, or discontinuation of the program by the user.
• Change of mind after purchase.
• Personal, professional, travel-related, or medical circumstances preventing continuation of the program.
• Partial use, non-use, or incomplete utilization of the subscription period.
• Preference for a different dietician, nutrition approach, or coaching style.
• Failure to achieve any specific body transformation, health, or wellness outcome.

Exceptions to this policy may only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified payment processing errors and shall be subject to review and approval by GenZFit at its sole discretion.

By completing a purchase, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Subscriptions, Payments, and No Refund Policy.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

• Abuse, harass, threaten, intimidate, or use offensive language toward dieticians, staff members, or other users.
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Share, transfer, or allow others to use their account.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform, systems, or data.
• Misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Copy, distribute, or misuse GenZFit content without authorization.

Violation of these provisions may result in suspension or permanent termination of services without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, trademarks, designs, software, diet templates, graphics, videos, educational materials, documents, and other content available through GenZFit are the exclusive property of GenZFit and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Distribute
• Sell
• Commercially exploit

any content belonging to GenZFit without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability and No Guarantee of Results

GenZFit provides personalized nutrition guidance, diet planning, lifestyle coaching, and wellness support based on the information provided by the user.

Individual results may vary significantly due to factors including but not limited to:

• Age
• Gender
• Genetics
• Metabolism
• Medical conditions
• Lifestyle habits
• Physical activity levels
• Consistency
• Adherence to recommendations
• Other individual circumstances

GenZFit, its dieticians, employees, affiliates, representatives, and partners do not guarantee:

• Any specific amount of weight loss or weight gain.
• Achievement of a particular body weight, body fat percentage, or physical appearance.
• Achievement of results within any specific timeframe.
• Prevention, treatment, management, or cure of any disease or medical condition.
• Any specific health, fitness, or wellness outcome.

The user acknowledges and agrees that success depends largely upon their own commitment, consistency, and individual circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenZFit shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from:

• Failure of the user to follow recommendations.
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user.
• Undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or health concerns.
• Decisions made by the user based on information provided through the platform.
• Individual variations in nutritional, fitness, or wellness outcomes.
• Service interruptions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of GenZFit.

Users voluntarily participate in GenZFit programs and assume responsibility for their own health-related decisions and actions.

Termination

GenZFit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to its services immediately if a user:

• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Engages in abusive or inappropriate conduct.
• Provides false or misleading information.
• Misuses the platform or its services.
• Engages in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

Termination may occur without prior notice and without entitlement to any refund.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of GenZFit services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
